What is the difference between a LUMINIZER and face glow?
they both have the same effect? What is the difference between them and what effects they create?
A LUMINIZER generally has less gloss / shimmer is more subtle than a glimmer. Shimmer has more effect, so that he show a little more on the skin. Both depending on whether bright or dark, they r giving a soft, healthy glow to the skin.
